How to Prepare

For 1 sachet:

1. Mix the contents of one 37 g sachet with approximately 2 heaped tablespoons (40 g) of sugar.
2. Take at least 6 tablespoons from 500 ml cold milk and gradually stir into the powder and sugar mixture until smooth.
3. Bring the remaining milk to the boil.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the prepared pudding mixture.
5. Return to the heat and cook for at least 1 minute, stirring continuously.
6. Pour into serving bowls or a mould and allow to cool.

For a pudding that can be turned out of a mould, refrigerate for approximately 4 hours.
