DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 for other UK addresses in The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Small Parcel up to 2kg is £4.50
Small Parcel more than 2kg is £7.99
RETURNS POLICY
Orders can be returned within 21 days from the date of order. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. An item may only be returned if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. These include products that you have unsealed, opened, used or altered.
For cancelled orders you are responsible for return postage costs.
Item(s) may be returned by post. When returning items, please contact us to get your unique returns reference number. Returned goods remain your risk and responsibility until they are received by eStork. We strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal Mail’s premium services which are traceable or require a signature on delivery.
Once goods have been received by eStork a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund.
