Enjoy a rich, creamy Chocolate pudding inspired by decadent European flavours. With no artificial colours or flavours, you can feel good about indulging in this instant pudding – either with the family or just for yourself.
How to make: Measure 500 ml of cold milk into a sauce pan. Mix the content of the packet with 2 - 3 heaped desert spoons sugar (+/- 50g) in a glass jug. Take 6 desert spoons, of the milk, and stir into your dry ingredients to form a smooth paste. Heat the remainder of the milk in the saucepan until just boiling. Remove from the heat and whisk in the smooth mixture using a hand whisk. Put the pan back onto the heat and allow to gently boil for one minute - stirring all the time with your whisk. Then remove from the heat and pour into either one large form - or into little individual dishes.
Allow to cool & set. 4 hours in the fridge.
