Ingredients: Starch, 16% fat-reduced cocoa powder, salt, flavouring.

Preparation:

1. Mix the powder with 2 heaped tablespoons (40 g) of sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of cold milk until smooth.
2. Boil the remaining milk, remove from the heat, and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk.
3. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl or a cold, rinsed ramekin. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to turn out.
